We specialise in highly responsive break-fix and site support services throughout the UK. AzteQ has purposely invested in its processes and systems to provide excellent SLAs for its client base. We support thousands of sites across the UK.

Work Bench

Whether it’s hardware such as EPoS, HHTs, PEDs, PCs or data cabling; AzteQ has the skills and expertise to provide an excellent service to all of our clients.

We operate with a Service Delivery Team to manage all client and field tasks. This team is the primary point of contact for all communications between field engineers, AzteQ’s customers and internal management. Activities provided include:

  • Site communications and day to day customer support
  • Scheduling of tasks and allocation of engineer resource
  • Real time call closure, times on/off  site and activity summary
  • Client portal
  • Management Information provision
  • Management and tracking of stock together with reverse logistics

AzteQ provides a variety of eld engineering solutions and as such utilises variable skills levels within the engineering infrastructure. With an effective and controlled cross training program, AzteQ has the added benefit of multi-disciplined staff which helps drives efficiencies to provide a cost-effective solution to our clients.


AzteQ’s logistics facility incorporates a secure configuration area, where hardware configuration is completed. Dedicated communication lines can be set up for clients where required in order that specific settings can be downloaded.

Configuration is completed using client specific script. Hardware is tested for functionality and readied for field presentation, as part of the installation process. Customer hardware is retained in dedicated warehouse space and serialised according to specification.

Data cabling

Our skilled service model is well proven across a range of industries and applications. For data cabling break-fix activities, AzteQ supports a spectrum of major blue chip clients and has excellent SLA credentials.

AzteQ has the skills to project manage, schedule, break-fix and provide the MI to your specific requirements.

Data cabling break-fix activities are completed by fully trained and experienced engineers, including those that are PASMA and CSCS trained.

In order to capture live detail and real time customer sign-off, AzteQ utilises a bespoke mobile technology solution to enable engineers to transmit data directly from site to AzteQ’s job management system.
