AzteQ is expert in the supply, installation and support of GeoDesy laser links. The Geodesy range offers cost effective, reliable and secure laser based wireless transmission for local area networks at full 100 Meg Fast Ethernet wire speed (FDX mode) from 20m up to 5Km and at 1 Gig up to 3km.
Furthermore, AzteQ also supplies and installs high-quality, reliable near and long range Line-of-Sight (LoS) and Non-Line-of-Sight (NLoS) wireless connectivity solutions for sustained data rates from 54 to 300 Mbps.
Extricom Wireless LAN
The Extricom Wireless LAN System is based on a simple, yet powerful idea: eliminate the concept of cell-planning, and replace it with the “channel blanket” topology. The solution allows each radio channel to be used everywhere, on every access point, to create blankets of coverage.
The Extricom solution is based on a fully centralised WLAN architecture, in which the switch makes all of the decisions for packet delivery on the wireless network. In this configuration, the access points (APs) simply function as radios, with no software, storage capability, MAC or IP address. Even the basics of connecting are different: clients associate directly with the switch, not with the AP. The AP acts as an “RF conduit” to rapidly funnel traffic between the clients and the switch.

Installation & Support Services
AzteQ utilises fully trained installation engineers (including those that are IPAF trained for operating on mobile elevated work platforms) and provides coverage across the whole of the UK. Furthermore, we can offer on-going site support services, in order to maintain continuity of connectivity and prolong the product life.

AzteQ is vendor independent and installs a spectrum of interactive equipment, including projection, screen and interactive whiteboard solutions. IWBs include SMART Board and Promethean Activboard+2 300 Pro range.
Complete with award-winning Activprimary or Activstudio lesson development software, the Activboard+2 is a truly interactive learning solution. The wall-mounted, height-adjustable stand easily raises and lowers. The super short-throw, projector minimizes shadowing, delivering images so clear they demand students' attention. And the sound system keeps everyone from the front to the back of the class tuned in. Since ease and simplicity is a necessity in the classroom, the system is fully integrated-meaning installation and use is very simple.
Activboard+2 Features & Benefits
- Save time and money: The projector is mounted to the board, not the ceiling, so installation is quick and painless. And, because it's one system, no precious teaching time is wasted getting the projector lined up with the board - it's all connected.

Supply and installation is generally in accordance with PAS 122:2009; Publicly Available Standard (PAS) which aims to improve the quality of AV installations, incorporating projectors, screens, IWBs, through to associated audio systems.
Digital Signage

Placement of a screen can open up new uses; for example, in reception, a screen can be used to give visitors the latest company information. In areas with high waiting times, like outside a lift, in a café, important product information, organisation initiatives and new members of staff can be displayed, reaching many people.
With the use of custom screen templates, clients are able to display content in the format of their choice, brand the templates with corporate identity, include welcome screens, display RSS newsfeeds and live TV, incorporate video, flash animations and still images and all are easily updated and controlled from one central location.
Furthermore, Projected Media is opening up entirely new dimensions of visual possibilities for clients who want to get creative with digital signage.
