Configuration & Hotstaging
AzteQ can provide configuration services for a range of hardware, including EPoS, PCs, terminals etc. This service is designed to reduce costs and to aid the hotstaging and installation process.
Storage & Distribution
A complete secure storage and distribution solution is available covering goods in, stock management, order processing and fulfilment. These are controlled via AJaMS (AzteQ’s job, storage and distribution IT platform).
AzteQ utilises various best in breed distribution solutions such as secure trunked network, overnight delivery, intelligent box, PUDO, FSL, pallet and same day courier services. These services provide a lifecycle solution to ensure all aspects (inc. reverse logistics) are controlled and visible to the operational delivery teams.
Real-time Job Management
Underpinning operational activities, AJaMS provides a fully integrated web-based job and management system designed specifically to fit AzteQ’s business. It includes the following functions:
- Secure storage & distribution
- Job scheduling and processing, including bulk CSV import for data efficiency
- Allocation of engineers to jobs based on skills matrix, availability, job category and geography
- Engineer bulletins and reference section
- Real-time job closure, including customer sign-off with signature capture and customised fields
- Customer overview of job status
- Management reporting

AzteQ operates a stringent H&S strategy, to provide such information, training and supervision, as is needed for the purpose of ensuring that Health & Safety requirements are successfully achieved.
All engineers utilised undergo a series of rigorous vetting procedures. Moreover, AzteQ is fully compliant to a major client Secure Supplier Accreditation Programme.
