AzteQ Job Management System (AJaMS)
Underpinning operational activities, AzteQ's Open IT platform - AJaMS (AzteQ Job Management System) - provides a fully integrated web-based job and management system designed specifically to fit AzteQ's business.
Forming an integral part of the Company's operations, this is backed up on a mirrored and secure off-site server, along with all company data, as identified within the Company's Business Continuity Plan. AJaMS includes the following functions:
- Job scheduling and processing, including bulk CSV import - as demanded by customer requirements
- Allocation of engineers to jobs based on availability, skills matrix, job category and distance - prioritised by SLA requirements
- Customer overview of job statuses - to allow live visibility
- Job closure, including engineer time and custom fields as per customised requirement for customer operations and customer services procedure
- Automated job costing based on charging matrix
- Invoicing
- Engineer bulletins and reference section
- Management reporting
- Engineer job allocation and acceptance by SMS/PDA notification
