We specialise in break-fix and site support services throughout the UK. AzteQ has purposely invested in its processes and systems to provide excellent SLAs for its client base. We support thousands of sites across the UK.

Whether its hardware such as EPoS, card terminals, pin pads, PCs, servers or data cabling; AzteQ has the skills and expertise to provide an excellent service to all of our clients.

We operate with an Order Management Team (OMT) to manage all client and field tasks. The OMT is the primary point of contact for all communications between field engineers, AzteQ’s customers and internal management.  The activities provided by OMT include:

• Site communications and day to day customer support
• Scheduling of tasks and allocation of engineer resource
• Real time call closure, times on/off site and activity summary
• Dissemination of information and procedures to engineers
• Management Information provision
• Management of stock used and reverse logistics

AzteQ’s Open IT platform; AJaMS (AzteQ Job Management System) underpins all operational activities and is a fully integrated web based job and management system designed specifically to fit our business.  AJaMS includes a full array of functions:

• Job scheduling and processing, including bulk CSV import
• Allocation of engineers to jobs based on availability, skills matrix and distance
• Job closure data including engineer times and multiple custom options
• Engineer bulletins and reference section
• Management reporting
• Client portal

AzteQ provides a variety of field engineering solutions and as such utilises variable skills levels within the engineering infrastructure, ranging from smart hands to server engineers. With an effective and controlled cross training program, AzteQ has the added benefit of multi disciplined staff which helps drives efficiencies to provide cost effectiveness to our clients.
