The good stuff
In an nutshell
Utilising a multi-skilled workforce and operating from a 10,000 sq ft office, warehousing, configuration and distribution facility in Hemel Hempstead, AzteQ provides a cost effective business model to supply a range of related installation and site support services at one source.
AzteQ has been supporting a large number of channel and end user clients since 2002. We are proud that we retain ongoing relationships with major blue chip organisations and specifically that we provide superior installation and support activities for thousands of sites across the UK.
AzteQ has continued to grow its engineering resource with quality and sustainability being the two key considerations. AzteQ continually drives a culture of effective communication which maintains strong relations with field staff, whilst ensuring better service delivery for our clients.
Vetting includes validation of legal right to work, current abode, and employment references for at least one year plus HM Treasury check together with DBS and credit checks as required.
As part of its quality strategy, AzteQ utilises a staff guidebook that provides its teams with details on safe working, procedures, etiquette, time and works management. The guidebook promotes excellent service delivery to customers and embracing it as a point of reference benefits everyone concerned. A detailed guidebook is not common in AzteQ’s market sector and it takes pride of place in our quality and H&S processes.
AzteQ is an ISO accredited company, and operates to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008. The AzteQ Quality System has been documented using Per4ma, which is a business modelling program. This enables a fully integrated electronic system, which can be accessed remotely or through the Company network.

AzteQ’s Environmental Management System provides a systematic way to discover and control the effects the company has on the environment and verifies compliance with current legislation.
AzteQ utilises a bespoke web based mobile IT platform, providing a real time communication link with our engineers and clients, whilst simplifying site data capture.
